U.S. Courthouse, circa 1890, where Judge Isaac Parker presided over the federal district court for western Arkansas and the Indian territory from 1875 to the mid-1890s. The courthouse is shown much as it appeared when it was a building for the second military fort while the jail wing was added later in the court period.
